She panted in pain as she took another blow. This time, in her stomach. Tears began to leak from her eyes. 'It's hopeless, I can't win.' Sakura thought.

"Heh! Looks like you're finished!" Aikira, the rouge ninja exclaimed as he brought his sword down.

This was Sakura's mission, to assassinate Hoshinano Aikria, a rouge ninja who caused a lot of people pain. "Is-is this the end?" Sakura asked herself.

It was a few seconds and she felt as if nothing happened. She felt a strong arm around her waist and loud sigh. "Sakura, you shouldn't let people capture you this easily!" Sasuke exclaimed.

Yes, Sakura's savior was Sasuke. Sasuke drew his sword and pointed it to Aikiria. "Now, you will pay." Sasuke said.

Without a second thought, Sasuke lunged for the villain and took him out with his chidori. Aikira was strong. Really strong. But Sasuke, however, was stronger...and faster. Sasuke smirked, "Hmp, looks like you can't defeat anyone after all." Sasuke commented.

"Here's your headband." Sasuke said.

Sakura was only frozen in shock. Did he really just take Aikira out for her? "Sasuke-kun...?"
Sakura said.

She blushed. "Unum...thank you."

Sasuke smirked, 'Still the same as always.' He thought.

"I was just passing by and I saw a team mate in trouble...couldn't just leave them could I?" Sasuke said.

Sakura was shocked at the fact that Sasuke still considered her a team mate. Sasuke walked forward. "Sasuke-kun I-" She was cut off when Sasuke covered her mouth. "Shhh. No need to say anything." Sasuke whispered as he embraced her.

Sakura only blushed as she brought her hands up to his bare chest. 'If only he kissed me instead.' Sakura's inner said. 'But...this is good too.'

The two were lost in their embrace in the Sakura tree forest.
